STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS
We currently only ship within Singapore. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations such as embassies, customs, military complex, construction sites, Jurong Island, etc.
Each address is considered as ONE order.
We offer free shipping for all orders above $60.00. Flat shipping fee of $5.90 will be charged for all orders under $60.00.
Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your online order. Once your order is being processed, it will be shipped the next working day. It normally takes 3-4 working days for your order to reach you after shipment.
(Please note: During peak periods, we may need an extra working day to process and ship your order.)
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept products purchased from our website www.goodlady.com.sg within 21 days of purchase. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your products are purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.
If your product is defective, damaged or goes missing during shipment, we can assist with a refund or replacement.
We are unable to accept partial returns for bundle sets, you must return the complete set for a refund.
We are also unable to accept responsibility for personal damages to a product. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund
